Prior to real estate, he managed at Willow Glen, a facility supporting individuals with disabilities, helping residents integrate into the community and find their place in the world. He also served as a 911 dispatcher with the Sussex County Sheriff's Department, calmly assisting distressed callers and coordinating emergency responses—skills that now translate into his cool-headed negotiation style and ability to handle complex real estate situations with grace.

A respected Vernon resident, Robert and his wife chose Sussex County to raise their three energetic boys, drawn by the area's peaceful charm and year-round recreational opportunities. From boating and fishing in the summer to skiing and ice skating in the winter, Robert understands the lifestyle benefits that make this region so special—and he loves helping clients discover them too.
